Steve is one of the co-creators of Accelerate, the only international executive summit for buying groups and purchasing cooperatives. In addition to Accelerate, he has also spoken for or consulted with the NCBA CLUSA Impact conference as well as various member conferences.
There is a distinct lack of information about purchasing cooperatives and buying groups. The goal of this site is to provide a much needed forum to educate people about the purchasing cooperative model as well as to explore ideas about how groups need to evolve in order to continue to serve their independent members in a landscape under disruption.
A Personal Note
Biographies are really weird things. You basically have to primp yourself up and act all pompous and important and make sure people know why you’re worth it.
